2024 General Membership Meeting was a Success:
The LOLA had their general membership meeting last evening 6-13-24. We had some really great presentations. The best takeaway from last evening was the excellent turnout. Residents and daily users brought their concerns and had good exchanges of ideas and comments on a multitude of subjects. The meeting ended with a Q&A period of our local law enforcement agencies that service Lake Orion. Our Village police, the Oakland County Sheriff’s office and the DNR were all represented. We would like to thank Jerry Richards, Richard Benoit, Tom Patterson and Chris Brouwer for their years of service to LOLA. And lastly, we would like to thank our new board members (introductions will be coming soon). We look forward to your input and working on our common goal, a safe, fun lake for all to enjoy.
